It took us two weeks to edit this monstrosity, with the tedious inclusion of nearly 1000 footnotes and combing over 2000 pages of text. The finished work sold before it was published for $545.00 to a collector in NY State. The covers feature a carved rendition of the Compass and Rule, and the spines are imprinted with gold foil stamping in a beautiful Lydian Cursive type. The marbled endpapers were crafted by my wife, a genius when it comes to such matters. The books were hand sewn and bound in a traditional 19th Century binding. The soft leather is creamy to the touch, and took the carving in the cover beautifully.
